Erin Brockovich says data center projects are being pushed through “in total secrecy”

Erin Brockovich says she’s received 16,000 submissions from communities across the country reporting similar concerns about data center projects: shell companies, NDAs, and residents who say they had no idea what was coming until deals were already in motion. Brockovich argues that secrecy is the point — that if communities had been told upfront, public opposition could have stopped some of these projects before they moved forward.
